Beers N' Cheers - 2-4 weeks prior to event $1400

Our primary package is perfectly suited for most events and includes:

  • Unlimited discussions via email, phone during business hours

  • Initial in person or zoom meeting to set up and get started

  • Personalized Wedding budget

  • Recommend vendors and assist in final selections

  • Negotiate any vendor contracts not secured

  • Vendor confirmation for ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Build Wedding day schedule and distribute to vendors and wedding party

  • Will coordinate reception w/ all vendors via phone or email

  • Assist with all bridal flowers for wedding party, ceremony, and reception

  • Coordinating with photographer on all pictures

Champagne Vibes - 6-8 weeks prior to event $2200

​This packages offers assistance to clients who want to plan their event but need some help in the more stressful areas of event planning. Sit back and enjoy your special day! 

Same options included in the Beers N' Cheers package as well as...

  • Unlimited discussions via email, phone during business hours or 3 in person consultations include planning, design, and final walk through.

  • Personalized Wedding budget

  • Recommend vendors and assist in final selections

  • Negotiate any vendor contracts not secured

  • Vendor confirmation for ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Build Wedding day schedule and distribute to vendors and wedding party

  • Will coordinate reception w/ all vendors via phone or email

  • Seating plan

  • Receiving line and grand entrance coordination

  • DJ/musician coordination to include first dance, couples, father/daughter dance. 

  • Coordinate wedding cake cutting and catering serving

  • Send off/departure of couple

A Sip Above - all encompassing planning services $3000

This package is designed for the client who wants our help to bring their full vision to life! We can take your vision and make it a reality!

In this package all of the previous package services are included as well as...

  • Unlimited discussions via email, phone normal business hours or in person

  • Vendor selection assistance and confirmation 

  • Personalized Wedding Budget

  • Recommend vendors and assist in final selections

  •  Negotiate any vendor contracts not secured

  • Assist with finding vendor for save the date cards and invitations ( postage and printing not included )

  • Seating plan

  • Confirm RSVPs

  • Assist with reserving rooms for out-of-town guests

  • Assist with preparing baskets for out-of-town guests and placing them in rooms(price of product not included)

  • Assist with bridesmaid luncheon

  • Assist with securing hotel room for the wedding night

  • Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Build Wedding day schedule and distribute to vendors and wedding part

  • Set up Sedan or limousine service for bride and groom when leaving ceremony (Cost of limo not included)

  • Two wedding planners on site for event

For the Sip Above Package, we ask 8 or more weeks of advanced booking to give us access to the best vendors to book to make your event everything you ever imagined.​

Day of Dance

Let us help you enjoy your day. Socialize with your family and friends while we coordinate deliveries, set up your party space, and record the event details for you to enjoy for days to come! This package includes an initial in person or zoom meeting, site visit, rehearsal run through, and all day of coordination including decoration, receiving rentals, organizing vendors. $600

Corporate and Non-Profit Events

Whether it's a business lunch, a presentation, or a corporate getaway, our business expertise can make your event a success. We have years of experience with a number of different non-profits, both fundraising and organizing fundraising events. We understand the amount of work you put into running your business. Let us do what we do best so you can do what you do! A $500 deposit is required to book but credited towards the final amount due. Fundraising and non-profit events are an 8% commission based on funds raised at the event. Corporate events are quoted based on location, size, and level of detail involved.
